Please note that general admission into the parks is not included in picnic site rental fees. The following admission fees per person will be charged upon arrival: Adults (15-64) $5.75; Seniors (65+) $4.43; Children (6-14) $2.65; Children under 6 years old with their family are free; valid membership holders are free. Please note invoices are not available.

Cancel online up until your reservation time by logging in to your account HERE (go to BOOKINGS). A $25 non-refundable reservation fee applies for all cancellations 24 hours prior to your event date. The full site fee is non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours.  Groups can move their event to another date, depending on availability. Caterers, bouncy castles and all other third party services or suppliers are not permitted at this time.

Environmental Deposit

A $150 (including HST) Environmental Deposit will be added to your booking. The intent of this deposit is to help keep our Conservation Areas clean by encouraging groups to make sustainable choices during your event and to use the provided garbage and recycling receptacles accordingly during your stay. Eligible deposits will be refunded after the picnic is complete and will show on your banking statement within 5-10 business days. Thank you for your cooperation to help keep our parks beautiful!

In the event of an emergency park closure, refunds will not be available once you have arrived to your event location.

Permit Conditions

A $132.74 ($150 including HST) Environmental Deposit is required for my booking. I will use sustainable choices during my event and will use the provided garbage and recycling receptacles accordingly. Eligible deposits will be refunded after the picnic is complete and will show on my banking statement within 5-10 business days.

By checking the box below, I acknowledge that all admission must be paid at the time of arrival by each guest attending my reservation. I have informed my guests of this payment process prior to arrival.

“By checking the box below, I acknowledge my reservation must begin packing up at least one hour prior to park closure as entrance/exit gates will be locked nightly.

I, the Applicant/Permit Holder, in consideration of the acceptance of this application for a Conservation Area Permit, agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. NO LIABILITY I accept this permit at my own risk. I agree that the Credit Valley Conservation Authority, all its directors, officers, employees, agents, servants, contractors, elected and appointed officials, sanctioning bodies, all persons for whom it is in law responsible for and its successors and assigns (collectively referred to herein as “the CVC”) shall not be deemed responsible for any injury to any person or persons, including death, or loss or damage to property which may occur in any way related to the issuing of this permit, however such injury, death, loss or damage is caused including but not limited to, breach of the Occupiers’ Liability Act and I release any such claims.

2. INDEMNITY AND HOLD HARMLESS I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the CVC in the event that any claims are made against it by anyone else, as a result of injury to any person or persons, including death, or loss or damage to property which may occur in any way related to the issuing of this permit however such injury, death, damage or loss is caused including but not limited to, breach of the Occupiers’ Liability Act. I understand that I am required to obtain the insurance, as prescribed by the CVC, for any such possible losses.

3. RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLIANCE WITH CONTRACT TERMS I have read the Contract Terms provided to me with this form. I agree to comply with the Contract Terms, and I agree to ensure compliance of the members my group with all such terms, and with any instructions issued by CVC staff.
